Part of a larger, three-block development, this project is comprised of an office tower and ground floor retail experience.  The stepped building character creates a series of outdoor terraces, each designed to reflect a part of Houston’s natural character.  Designed to provide a playful, yet functional outdoor experience for a employees to enjoy.

The ground floor mimics the shifting building character and ties directly to the retail facade. The small outdoor patios give retailers and restaurants ample space to serve guests and engage with the city. The combination of the designed street-scape and unique facade set this development apart from the surrounding context. Morgan was the Project Landscape Designer while working at BIG Architecture.
