Moline Apartments is a new type of affordable housing for Denver and encourages neighborhood connectivity through the site layout and centrality of the feature landscape. The 180-unit project is located in Denver’s Stapleton Development. 

The landscape concept is comprised of three areas: “rest,” “grow,” and “play.”  Rest connects to the interior fitness and yoga studio, promoting rejuvenation and relaxation with an outdoor Zen space. Grow brings people together around a community kitchen, herb and vegetable planters, lounge, and outdoor grill and fire pit area. Play offers an active and undulating landscape with all-inclusive playground structures. Morgan was the Project Landscape Designer while working at CGA.
