The landscape design for Trestle Living’s multifamily residential project draws inspiration from the historical rail lines that once traversed the area. This influence is evident in the linear arrangements and connectivity of the outdoor spaces. The shared amenity space on the ground floor between the apartments serves as a central hub, hosting picnic and grilling areas alongside spaces for informal games. The design incorporates native plants and trees, which not only provide beauty and shade but also pay homage to the natural landscapes often found along rail corridors.

In addition to the communal gathering spots, the landscape design features a dedicated dog run, ensuring that pet owners have a convenient and enjoyable space for their furry friends. The street frontage is thoughtfully designed with an inviting aesthetic, featuring tree-lined walkways and vibrant sage plantings that enhance the curb appeal and create a welcoming atmosphere. The overall landscape plan prioritizes sustainability and community engagement, seamlessly blending functional outdoor amenities with historical inspiration to create a cohesive and dynamic environment that enriches the living experience for all residents.
